Requests and referrals to our specialist services can be facilitated through the following channels:
Statutory Referral
Through the individual’s Social Services Department Care Management Team or, if relevant, their Health Authority.
Direct Payment & Private
By the individual (or representative) using Direct Payments, Individual Budgets, or self-financing arrangements.
Funding Support
If an individual is seeking financial assistance for their placement, the request should be made in consultation with Social Services or the Health Authority to ensure all necessary assessments are completed.
